Founder & Director

Pete is a specialist Security Professional with secondary knowledge in Close Protection and hostile environments operations. He is an ex member of the UK Armed Forces serving over 24 years, he has a vast experience in counter terrorism operations both at home and abroad. After leaving the Armed Forces, Pete has been involved working for the US State Department as a Close Protection Officer both in Iraq and Afghanistan. Pete has also been the director of training for a UK based Security Training Company teaching over 800 security personal in Close Protection techniques and defensive driving abroad. He is now responsible for 187 security operatives within his own company within the UK. He is married to Linda, and has a young son Jack, he enjoys mountain biking, kayaking and being with his family.

Linda Hughes

Finance Manager

Linda has the arduous task of overseeing, renewing and ensuring adherence to the budgets she sets for each department. Assisting in company wide budgetary planning, numbers are a hobby for Linda closely followed by strategic goals of the business. An analytical and enquiring mind affords her excellent problem solving skills in parallel to good management and prioritisation.

Paula Hickey

HR & Business Development Manager

A highly motivated mature graduate. Exceptional communicational, negotiation, administration / pc skills with an emphasis on report writing. Possess specific expertise in compiling reports and providing full administration to Senior Board Members and Executive Management. Having returned to college to complete her Bachelor of Business Degree in Galway Mayo Institute of Technology Paula relocated with her husband Mike and Daughter Rachel to the UK. She previously worked in Sales and Marketing for in excess of 15 years. Paula brings a wealth of experience from a her predominantly corporate background and draws on her varied roles to enable troubleshooting and thinking outside the box. Very much a peoples person be it colleagues, suppliers but more importantly client focussed living the mantra,”The Customer is ALWAYS right”.

Dave Taylor

Operations Manager

Dave is a highly motivated, energetic and vastly experienced Operations and Supply Chain Manager with commercial experience gained in production, retail and specialist environments subsequent to a significant Ministry of Defence career. A resourceful contributor, determined to achieve results with a flexible method and proactive with a keen eye for detail, Dave is a very detailed and innovative planner with hands on approach to achieving the key team business objectives, comfortable in applying change whilst displaying excellent communication skills with passionate execution of work projects.
