Level 2 Award in the Principles of Fire Safety (RQF) - 1 Day
This qualification is aimed at anyone involved in the management of fire safety. Some topics include; common causes of fire in the workplace, hazards, risks and means of escape and risk assessing. The course is assessed by a multiple choice exam and upon success of this candidates will be awarded a Level 2 Fire Safety certificate. This will be valid for 3 years.

Level 3 Award in Emergency First aid at Work (RFQ) - 1 Day
This course provides learners with the skills and knowledge to give safe and effective first aid in emergency situations. It covers CPR, AED use, choking, recovery position and cuts/wound management. Upon successful completion of the question paper and practical exercises candidates will receive a Level 3 certificate in Emergency First Aid at Work which is valid for 3 years. This course is Ofqual Accredited and recognised by the HSE.

Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RFQ) - 3 Days
This course is an upskill from the above 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work course. Candidates must attend 3 classroom days which involve learning about head injuries, heart conditions, bleeding, diabetes and much more. The successful completion of this will result in receiving a Level 3 First Aid at Work Certificate which is valid for 3 years. This meets HSE requirements and is an Ofqual Regulated Qualification.

Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry (Top Up) - 2 Days
As of the 1st April 2021, the SIA will introduce new licence–linked qualifications. These have been introduced to ensure professionals within the private security industry have a stronger skill set required for the role. This includes the ability to manage potential risks and changes caused by new technology. Our two day top up training will cover all of the additional units that the SIA have introduced to the qualification and is accredited by Highfield.

The Private Security Industry Authority Act 2001 states that all individuals wishing to work within the private security industry must undertake a recognised qualification before applying for a licence. This qualification is for individuals that wish to be employed as a CCTV Operator. Some topics included in the course are; surveillance techniques, the importance of safe working practices and drug-misuse legislation. The course is examined by 2 multiple choice exams and a practical assessment using cameras.
